• Needs to have experience and education on the related responsibilities
• Experience with the finance systems xLedger and ING Księgowość would be a benefit

• Responsible for the local P&L’s and Balance sheets as well as the consolidated TCP Group results
• Steering local agencies in, shaping the monthly P&L and Balance sheet
• Manage the Monthly closing process as well as the closing of the year
• Support and coordinate the yearly local (interim)-audits of the annual accounts
• Manage the weekly forecast process and the yearly budget process
• Manage accounts receivable (AR’s) and payable (AP’s)
• Review and process reimbursements
• Identify and address accounts discrepancies
• Participate in payroll process
• Report on financial projections (e.g liquidity and cash flow)
